FAQs

Q: Do these come with batteries? 

A: Yes! We include two CR2450 batteries with each of the 10 lights. They are pre-installed and ready to go right out of the box.

Q: Can I use these lights in my salt-water aquarium?

A: Yes! Thanks to the 100% waterproof seal these lights are safe for use in fresh *and* salt water. (We recommend giving them a quick rinse with fresh water afterwards if you plan on using them in salt-water. This prevents salt build-up.) 

Q: How do I turn the lights on? 

A: Twist the bottom of the light to tighten the waterproof seal (this allows electricity to flow through), and then use the remote to select your color and lighting mode. To conserve battery you can turn them off with the remote or you can untwist the bottom for long-term storage.

Q: How far will the remote control work? 

A: Up to 30 feet when used in open air. When used under water, the signal can travel a little less far since water is denser than air. However, we have found that it will work from the edge of most standard pools/fountains.
